ꕤclient must credit the work with Yulw0 as the artistꕤ Yulw0 have the right to refuse if they're not comfortable or unable to work on itꕤ no one is allowed to mint yulw0's drawing as a NFT (non fungible token) Nor to train AI/ML modelsꕤ The commissions are a digital product, they will not be physically shippedᯓ★PAYMENT
ꕤ USD : ko-fi (preferably) and Paypal.ꕤ payment is required in advance. Client need to pay full (for skeb) or half upfront for a sketch and then pay the rest for the work to finish.ᯓ★REFUND
ꕤ client can request 100% refund if Yulw0 haven't started the work yet.
ꕤ once work has started, refund are not available.
ꕤ if Yulw0 fails to deliver due to personal circumstances, a full refund will be provided.ᯓ★ORDER
ꕤ Yulw0 will review the request and inform the client if it was approved before resuming to the payment. Not all requests will be acceptedꕤ once Yulw0 get the payment, they'll add you to the list of work progress.ꕤ Yulw0 will inform if they start to work on client requestsᯓ★REVISION
ꕤ no revision for skeb commission, only minor changes on the finished productꕤ in the sketch phase, the client can make any and all change they want.
ꕤ in the rendering phase, only colors, hair and accessories can be modified
ꕤ in the final phase, no changes can be made.ꕤ major changes or revisions after completion will incur additional fees. However, minor adjustments or corrections due to yulw0's mistakes are free of charges.ᯓ★DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
ꕤ depending on the schedule, it may be completed earlierꕤ the files will be send in GDrive file. Keep in mind that the files would be deleted after 10 days, so make sure to save it on your own storage first.ꕤ client can set deadlines for rush order. if it shorter than 2 weeks, a fee of +20 USD / 50k IDR will applyꕤ 50 USD / 200k IDR to skip queue/wait-list and have your order treated as high priorityꕤ don't pressure Yulw0 to finish it quickly please (like bombard them with messages pertaining to your order or you'll be blacklisted)ꕤ Send messages with clover emoji if you've read until here

- Patreon content, streaming
- Promotional materials, cover art, use in video games, for advertisingꕤ commercial merchandising + 300%
- for products like posters, stickers, cards, shirts, ectᯓ★INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
ꕤ Yulw0 retains all right to the illustration.ꕤ other are not allowed to claim yulw0's artwork as their own, even in the case of paid commission.ꕤ neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, remove the watermark, sell, redistribute the finished product.ꕤ Yulw0 has the right to post the commissioned work on their portfolio or social media. But this does not apply if the client requests anonymity.ᯓ★PRIVACY POLICYꕤ Yulw0 will not use or share your personal information with anyone. The information that is collected will only be used to contact or identify you.ꕤ Yulw0 do not emply any third party companies or individuals, any information you share will be known to Yulw0 aloneꕤ Yulw0 value your trust in providing them your personal information, this she striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and Yulw0 cannot guarantee its absolute security.ꕤ Yulw0 service may contain links to other sites. Therefore they advise you to review the privacy Policy of these websites they have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy Policies, or practices of any third-party site or services.ᯓ★BLACK LIST POLICYIf you get blacklisted, it means you cannot commission or buy yulw0's services.Reason that can lead clients to be blacklisted:
1. Failed to pay the invoice within 48 hours (if you cannot make the payment within this period, please let Yulw0 know in advance)
2. Ghosting
3. Attempt to scam
4. File a chargeback
5. Misuse of previous commission or yulw0's art in general
6. Harassment and any other type of disrespect towards Yulw0 and their work.
7. Disregard yulw0's Terms of Service• you can apply to reverse the situation if you think there has been any misunderstanding
